Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I'm not sure what I like best: the curving of the headlights around the building, the traffic cones that register just enough behind the streaming of the lights, the overly industrial metal structure at the top right of the frame, I could list more, but I'll just sum it up:

About as good as a photograph as you can get. Personally, I think a lower camera angle/higher position would help symmetry a little, but for what you were working with, it is really great. After all, you can't just prop up a ladder and take a photo all the time, right? =D
